Finding the best venue may seem overwhelming and stressful if you are looking to host a terrace wedding in Boise. But worry not! I am here to help you and make your dream vision a reality. As a photographer, I have been so fortunate to serve so many couples at different Boise wedding venues, but when it comes to my favorites, the Grove Hotel is definitely on my list. Recently I had the pleasure of capturing Lauren and Mike’s Grove Hotel wedding which was nothing short of incredible!
When I first met Lauren and Mike, I loved their vision for their Grove Hotel wedding. They love the outdoors, so the views of the Boise foothills from the rooftop terrace at the hotel were the perfect way to incorporate the landscape into their special day. This luxurious hotel offers an ideal setting for couples looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Located right in downtown Boise, it was easy for their guests to come and enjoy all the memorable moments.
Guests were treated to breathtaking views of Boise as the couple exchanged vows in the fresh air. With the beautiful views of the foothills, the space creates a perfect backdrop for a romantic celebration. It also featured a sweeping canopy that provided shelter, while twinkling string lights made it look even more gorgeous. The day was perfect, beautiful, and sunny, illuminating the way Lauren looked in her wedding dress. She was a true vision! Mike looked dapper and was all smiles from ear to ear as he watched Lauren walking down the aisle.
For their Downtown Boise wedding, Lauren & Mike wanted to make a memorable and seamless experience for their loved ones, and Grove Hotel just did that. The professional staff has unmatched knowledge and helps organize special events without overlooking the crucial details. The venue features a grand ballroom for an evening of dinner and dancing. It’s elegantly designed and has a large dance floor.
The hotel also provides several guestrooms and stylishly designed get-ready suites. These are ideal for couples and their wedding parties to relax before and after the ceremony. When it comes to cocktail hour and reception, you and your guests can avail yourself and enjoy an award-winning delicious menu. From champagne toasts and signature cocktails – there is something to suit everyone’s preferences.
One of my favorite parts of this Grove Hotel wedding was the dreamy golden hour photos. Usually, I shoot it somewhere in nature, but it was equally fun and unique to do it on the top of the hotel terrace! During each moment while I captured the couple, I could see how much they loved one another.
